01) BUYER SENDS An RFQ
02) Seller sends offer
to the Buyer
The very first transaction
between JGS and the Buyer will
require the Buyer to be physically
present at the loading port. An
appointed and bonded third
party in Brazil will be holding the
Bill of Lading to the loaded vessel
and all shipping documents in
preparation for the exchange of
documents for transferred funds.
Buyer is able to physically inspect
product and interact with SGS.
The shipping company will also be
available to confirm insurance and
Bill of lading. The bonded third
party in Brazil will handle the first
transaction with the Buyer.
